Rental Prices

All rates are per week and include a meet and greet and a welcome pack on arrival.  Reduced rates are available on request if these are not required.

Changeover day is normally a Saturday although we can be very flexible on this allowing you to take advantage of considerably cheaper midweek flights.  Rental periods of more or less than a week can also be arranged, as can long term lets.

If you are interested in booking but the dates you are looking for are not available then please contact us anyway so that we can put you in touch with people we know who are renting similar two and three bedroom accommodation in Duquesa Village and also in the local area.

When checking the calendar please note that:

Unavailable Dates - Dates that are red or have a strikeout are considered unavailable for rent for that specific night. You cannot 'check-in' on dates marked unavailable, as the property is rented or occupied that evening. You can 'check-out' on the first day of a period already marked as unavailable.

Arrival Dates - You cannot arrive on a day that is marked unavailable.

Departure Dates - The last day of your stay (the departure day) can fall on a day that is marked available or the first day of a period that is already marked unavailable.

Rental Notes

If required, a local agent can meet you and introduce you to the apartment and also be on hand for you.  Bedding and bath towels are changed weekly, housekeepers call weekly. Extra changes of towels and linen can be arranged on request.  A welcome pack including milk, tea, coffee etc is available on request.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your reservation.  The balance plus a security deposit of £100 is to be paid in full six weeks before departure.  The security deposit will be refunded in full if there are no breakages and the apartment is left in the condition it was found in and the keys have been safely returned.  Our normal changeover times are for arrival not before 3pm and departure by 10.00am.   However, if the apartment is not booked back to back then we are always quite happy for you to stay until your departure time for your return flight, and equally early arrivals will be accommodated as well.
